Refund & Return Policy

1. General Information

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Julia & Ava through our website or other sales channels.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


3. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, fulfillment partners, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


4. Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping fulfillment, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the item arrives damaged, or

  • the item is defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method;

  • processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs, transaction fees, taxes, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

Julia & Ava is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks submitted without prior communication may result in:

  • denial of refund eligibility;

  • suspension or restriction of future purchases.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
