Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
Julia & Ava currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Orders placed outside the United States will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, or other logistics partners);

weather conditions;

high demand periods;

third-party fulfillment operations.
Shipping delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.
4. Dropshipping & Fulfillment
Our products are shipped via third-party fulfillment partners (dropshipping).
As a result:

products may be shipped directly from external suppliers;

packaging and branding may vary;

items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to become active.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.
Julia & Ava is not responsible for:

shipping delays;

lost packages;

stolen packages after delivery,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
